Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Your AI Engineering Team service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The service

The Service uses an automated pipeline backed by AI agents to plan, build, test, review, and deploy software products on the customer's behalf. The Service runs on a dedicated server allocated to each subscriber and produces a working software application together with the associated documentation, project tracker (Jira), and source repository (GitHub).

2. Subscriptions and billing

Access to the Service requires an active subscription or an active promo-code trial. Plans and pricing are listed on the public site. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. Refunds are not provided; canceled subscriptions remain active for the period already paid for, plus a fourteen (14) day data-export window.

3. Intellectual property

Customers retain full ownership of all source code, documentation, and other artifacts the Service produces for them. We retain ownership of the Service, the orchestration platform, and any general-purpose tooling not produced specifically for the customer.

4. Acceptable use

Customers must not use the Service to build or distribute material that is illegal, that infringes third-party rights, that contains malicious code, or that violates the policies of underlying providers (Stripe, GitHub, Atlassian, etc.). We may suspend accounts that materially violate this clause.

5. Service-level commitment

We aim for ninety-nine percent (99%) monthly uptime of the customer-facing portal. The AI pipeline runs continuously on each customer's dedicated server; transient outages from upstream providers (LLM, GitHub, Stripe, etc.) are passed through and the pipeline retries on the next cycle.

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as-is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be notified by email and in-portal notification at least fourteen days before they take effect.
