Frequently asked questions
Is the source code mine?
Yes. You fully own the code generated for your project. We retain no rights to it. After cancellation, you have 14 days to export everything.
What technologies can the AI work with?
Most mainstream stacks. Pre-built templates cover Next.js, Spring Boot, FastAPI, e-commerce, CMS, booking systems, CRMs, and static landing pages. Custom stacks are also supported — describe what you want and the AI will follow.
How long does a project take?
Depends on size. Small landing pages: 1-2 days. Mid-size apps: 1-2 weeks. Realistic deadlines are calculated automatically based on AI capacity windows. You'll see the schedule in Jira before any work starts.
Can I review the work in progress?
Yes. Read-only Jira and GitHub access are provisioned on day one of every project. You see every commit, every PR, every ticket transition.
What if I don't like the result?
Every phase (intake, architecture, UX, code per ticket) has an explicit APPROVE or REQUEST CHANGES gate. The AI iterates until you're satisfied.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Yearly plans remain active for the period you paid for if you cancel; monthly plans end at the cycle close. We do not refund partial periods. Try the trial code first to see if the service fits.
Is my data confidential?
Yes. Your project description, code, and Jira tickets stay on your dedicated server. We do not share with third parties. The Terms of Service includes an NDA equivalent.
Where is the project deployed?
Staging URLs run on our infrastructure (a shared host running OrbStack/Docker) for review. You take the source code and deploy production wherever you choose.
